Welcome to Christian Independent Senior Living in Hopkinsville

Christian Care Communities

We have been a community of caring since 1884. Founded in Louisville, Christian Care Communities is Kentucky’s largest non-profit, faith-inspired provider of long-term care and affordable independent living for Older Adults. Today, we serve more than 4,000 Older Adults annually through our network of senior communities throughout Kentucky, including Hopkinsville

Garden Home Living

Our independent living garden homes offer a wide variety of floor plans, from a cozy 825 square feet to 1,600 square feet, featuring extra amenities such as a study, garage or sun porch. Common walking trails connect all of our communities, which is one of many reasons our garden homes are among the most sought after in Hopkinsville.

More Information

What the Monthly Fee Covers

Your monthly maintenance fee covers basic utilities (water, electric, gas) but not personal telephone or cable TV. The monthly fee also covers insurance on your Garden Home, garbage removal, real estate property taxes, 24-hour emergency response services and maintenance of the grounds, homes and alarm systems.

Establishing Your Right of Residence

As you consider a move to one of our Garden Homes, please note that your Entrance Fee pays for your exclusive right to reside in the home. Your right of residency is secure through a contractual agreement, and the deed is retained by Christian Care Communities at Hopkinsville. That means you pay no property taxes and avoid the burden of reselling your Garden Home. The entrance fee is determined by the size and the floor plan of the home you select.

Peace of Mind

Good health is key to maintaining independence. It’s reassuring to know that temporary or long-term nursing care and short-term rehabilitation services are available when needed. Our Christian Health Center, a 24-hour nursing facility is located on campus. Residents have priority admission status to the Health Center should they ever require rehabilitation or nursing care.
